Mysłakowice - Staniszów

The route from Mysłakowice, through Łomnica, Jelenia Góra, Cieplice Śląskie and Staniszów is ideal for getting to know the architectural gems of Lower Silesia. Our tour leads through the famous Valley of Castles and Palaces. In the area of the Jelenia Góra Valley, we can see as many as 41 exceptional residences, phenomenal palaces, medieval castles and beautiful gardens and parks, which were created over the centuries in different styles, sizes and shapes. On the route we visit the Palace in Łomnica, the Palace in Wojanów, the Castle in Karpniki and the Schaffgotsch Palace in Cieplice. Halfway there, we visit the capital of the Karkonosze Mountains, Jelenia Góra. It is a city of stags, unique views. The river Bóbr and Kamienna flow through the city. Jelenia Góra is also a very long city, stretching for more than 30 km, with its southern tip reaching as far as the border with the Czech Republic. The next stage of the trip is hosted by Cieplice, the spa town of Jelenia Góra. We have the opportunity to drive through two beautifully restored Parks: Norweski and the Spa Park. There are also plenty of attractions waiting for us in Cieplice, such as the Natural History Museum, the Church of the Saviour and the Brine Graduation Tower. On the way back, we stop at Prince Henry's castle, which offers a view of the entire Karkonosze range. It is a perfect place for a well-deserved break by a bonfire with sausages. We finish the trip in Mysłakowice, from where we started. Almost the entire route is on asphalt side roads.
